Summary

Why it's fantastic
Dvořák wrote his sunny eighth symphony while wandering through the Bohemian countryside, and its birdsong-filled melodies make for an exceptionally welcoming introduction to the concert hall. You will also hear a gentle new lullaby for solo violin, inspired by the soothing words of a classic children's bedtime story.
